3rd Avenue – East Village
50-64 3rd Avenue is a 6 building assemblage located at the nexus of the East Village, Greenwich Village and Astor Place. The site allows for 160,000 sq.ft. of new construction and has a land area of 16,500 sq.ft. Construction is expected to commence late 2023.
1042 Atlantic Ave
1042 Atlantic Avenue is one of the last vested development sites in Crown Heights that will benefit from the 421a Tax Abatement. With the Affordable New York program having expired in June 2022, all other future development projects will not benefit from the 35 year tax program. The project will be 235,000 sq.ft. and construction is expected to begin Summer 2023.
870-888 Atlantic Ave
888 Atlantic Avenue is one of the last development sites in Prospect Heights that qualifies for the 421a Tax Abatement which expired in 2022. This site yields 211,560 gross sq.ft., including 181,200 sq.ft. of residential space, 14,660 sq.ft. of retail space, 5,500 sq.ft. for medical offices, and a 40-space parking lot. The building will feature 228 residences, with 69 affordable housing units. Construction commences summer 2023.
